Professionally built G0KSC Antennas by InnovAntennas

'Hi Justin,

I am very active on 10m now, conditions improved and the antenna works fantastic. Here a cluster spot excerpt:

28017.0  OE4VIE       2-Apr-2011 0559Z  S 9+20dB unbelievable..!!!   <HL1VAU>

Well, if you need unbelievable signals in oversea you need a G0KSC design....thats the way. Many thanks for the design, I am very pleased with the antenna.

'The First G0KSC antenna is up : it's the 6m 4.4m boom antenna. SWR 1.1 50ohm on 50.120 perfect match first time around !'

Next out of the box this time are 2 fantastic looking 50MHz 8el OWAs by BA41SI. Many times the G0KSC OWAs are missed or overshadowed by the LFA Yagis but they certainly pack a punch! As an example, most 50MHz G0KSC OWAs are shorter, produce the same or more gain, have a much higher F/B and much wider, flat SWR curve than any other 50Ohm direct feed split dipole Yagi you will find. Check the other sites and see if I am right!

The BA41SI OWA's can be found here: http://www.g0ksc.co.uk/sc0608m.html

Below we can take a look now at what PA7F has been spending his time doing. Having read the reports of G3WOS on the performance of his 2 x 7el 6LFA7WOS antennas, he decided to build one himself.

Now off to 2m and rather than display all the 2m antennas built over the last few weeks, here are a couple of the big arrays. First the fine array of CT1GUR who has just installed 4 x 12el LFAs for 2m EME.

The analyser at CT2GUR showing all 4 antennas together giving 1.02:1 SWR

Finally, the ever popular LFA Plus2 has been built and installed by ON5GS in the shape of 4 x 12el versions:

The antenna really is the most important part of any station. The Big Guns and DX-ers know what antennas to use, how about you?

Until next time,
