Professionally built G0KSC Antennas by G0KSC at InnovAntennas Limited

Norman Willson N6JV  shows us just how easy it is to get only 6m EME with just one antenna. Norm reports:

'Justin,

Here is a new photo of the LFA at 19 feet.  ES6RQ was copying me at -19 but no QSO yet.  I'm just learning.

73,'

Below is a close-up shot of the homebrew elevation system Norm has deployed. It is made up of a Satellite TV jack, some angle aluminium and some clever thinking!

More and more hams are now realising that 'one-size-fits-all' antenna development and modelling used by hams and commercial entities for many years just does not work well on VHF/UHF; you simply cannot use HF designs directives on these bands.

A tight, 'spikeless' rear pattern, minimal (if at all) side lobes and anti-static/noise mechanical considerations when built ensure the best user experience by allowing you to hear what others cannot!

Live in a Quiet location? How does that help you when you have strong stations from behind you and to the sides knocking your receiver for six? EA4LU and CT1HIX came top of the pile in their respective Spanish and Portuguese V-UHF contests in 2010 by switching to LFA Yagis.

If you have not done so already, take a look at the G0KSC LFAs on this site to build yourself. If you are not the building type, G0KSC's company InnovAntennas provide the very latest and best LFA designs which are not published on the g0ksc.co.uk site.

E season is here, be ahead of the crowd and install a G0KSC LFA Today!
