Professionally built G0KSC Antennas by G0KSC at InnovAntennas Limited
This month saw W7EW order 6 x 7el 50MHz LFAs from InnovAntennas for a huge Vertical stack and OG2M order 5 x 7el 50MHz LFAs for a 4 x vertical stack and one over for his summer home.
At the same time, W3LPL installed the first of 3 x 9el 15M long 50MHz LFAs and had these words to say:
'Hi Justin,
My neighbor W3UR and I installed the new 9 element LFA on Friday afternoon. Its temporarily installed at 70 feet, pointed at a fixed azimuth of 45 degrees. Later this month I'll install a TIC ring rotator at 60 feet on the same tower and the LFA will be lowered to its final height.
Yes, this is the first LFA of a three high LFA stack, they will be installed at approximately 30, 60 and 90 feet high.
You may have read that I had a big surprise just one day after installing the LFA: 88 European QSOs during a two hour Es opening, including 30 QSOs in eastern Europe. Es openings usually have a "spotlight" effect that significantly limits the number of QSOs that can be made during a single opening. This opening covered both western and eastern Europe, and the western and eastern "spotlights" moved around enough to allow QSOs with 20 different European DXCC entities.
I selected your long boom LFA because I have intense RFI from a nearby plasma TV in a house about 800 feet from the antenna. The narrow main beam and low side lobes of the LFA are very important in suppressing that troublesome RFI.'

Frank is not the only well-known Contester to switch to G0KSC LFAs, NR4M commissioned G0KSC to design this 10M stack of 6 element LFAs of which the lowest will be 120' up. Steve had these comments when he saw the plots of his proposed stack for the first time:
'Man, those plots look fabulous! Those are some serious numbers. How 'peaky' is that F/B number? '

Watch this space for the finished 10m stack and the winning results they will produce!
NX7R installed 2 x 6.8m long 50MHz LFAs too while XE2K erected a single 8el 50MHz LFA and immediately ran into pile ups!
Finally I had an Email today from an OK2ZAW who installed a stack of 4 x 5el 28MHz SEK Yagis by G0KSC, What a picture these make!

Will your next antenna be one to perform better than the rest?
