Free Yagi Antenna Designs for Ham Radio

Earlier this year, Lew, W7EW Purchased 6 x 7el WOS LFA2 Yagis from InnovAntennas. Although tower preparation and installation has taken quite some time, the antennas are now mounted and ready for the coax to be hung.

Lew decided to install the LFAs after the impressive results seen by serious hams (who know what the best looks like!) and wanted a piece of the action for himself.

'I'm enjoying the heck out of putting "The Fabulous LFA Hex Antenna Signal Sucker" into action!' Lew said in one recent Email to G0KSC. It is quite clear he is having a lot of fun but not as much fun as he will have from this incredible array with over 44dB F/B and almost 25dBi forward gain!

This for sure is one of the biggest 50MHz LFA arrays thus far. However, another proposed system for deepest North Carolina involves 8 x 10el HZE LFAs. Yes, that is 8 x 17.7m long 50MHz LFA Yagis! This particular system will be installed in March 2012 and will be the biggest array for 50Mhz so far and I am sure this one will remain king for quite some time.

Those that know only chose the LFA Yagi by G0KSC. Time and time again, in weak signal applications the LFA proves to be head and shoulders above any other antenna, period. Do you want to be seen as someone that knows their craft? The G0KSC LFA is the only way !!
