Express permission must be sought for any company or individual who wishes to manufacturer and sell antennas using G0KSC designs or where a G0KSC design has been the basis of a model to be manufactured. Any individual may build any G0KSC antenna(s) for their own use, his includes clubs and groups. However, where commercial benefit or gain will result, infringements of copyright and any Patents applied for or current may result.
